Although one of our buildings is a 1220 sq ft converted Dutch barn which can house as many as 16 employees, our spaces for start-up businesses are more likely to take the form of one of our three converted grain silos. As soon as you set eyes on one of our converted grain silos you’ll realise that you’re looking at a start-up office that is unusually high quality and completely unique.
The circular construction of a grain silo is a familiar site throughout the English countryside, and our conversions have been carried out in a completely sympathetic manner. The materials we used were chosen to blend into the surroundings, at the same time as creating eco-friendly, thermally efficient buildings which will simultaneously bolster your green credentials and lower your running costs.
Each one of our grain silos start up offices is large enough to house as many as three or four employees, and they all offer stunning elevated views across the surrounding countryside. Facilities for each office include a WC and kitchen space and our management model means that we take care of details such as arranging all the utilities, maintenance and repairs so that you’re free to concentrate on the core activity of your start-up.

The buildings themselves blend perfectly with the surroundings, rolling green countryside, and wide-open spaces. Despite being located in such a tranquil and calming setting, our start up offices are easily accessible by road, with the A449 and links to the UK motorway network being just two miles away and free parking for cars and bikes offered as standard.
