The Future

Here at Kinver Point, we’ve always been determined to look to the future while grounding ourselves in the everyday reality of the beautiful English countryside. Our location provides a unique working environment, surrounding each business within our community with rolling green fields, wide-open spaces, and the kind of calm, tranquil atmosphere that encourages inspiration and creativity.

Ease of access

The good news is that getting away from the noise and chaos of office spaces located in city centres or anonymous industrial parks doesn’t mean that your business will be difficult to access. On the contrary, we’re based just 2 miles from the A449 and links to the motorway network, while the average working day can be broken up with a quick walk down to the shops, pubs, restaurants, and post office of Kinver village.

    Looking to the future

Although we’re proud of the premises we already offer we never rest on our laurels, and we have ambitious plans to preserve and develop some of our remaining farm buildings. These plans include turning the Old Grain Store into a two-storey office or studio space featuring stunning elevated views out over the Clent Hills, while the old Straw Barn could set to be turned into warehouse units that feature offices over two floors and the same kind of stunning glazed feature walls that help to make the Dutch Barn so impressive.

These conversions, as with the existing buildings, will take place in a manner that blends seamlessly with the surrounding countryside at the same time as creating genuinely modern, eco-friendly premises which are finished to the highest quality and can carry your business into the future.

    Recycled structures

Our utilisation of converted farm buildings underlines our commitment to doing things differently and to embracing a green agenda. The structures themselves have been recycled, of course, and the use of materials such as cedar cladding means that both the Dutch Barn and the three grain Silos are energy efficient and easy to heat or keep cool. The interior of each building is finished to the highest possible standards, with a tasteful and pared-back design aesthetic which leaves room for the identity and branding of each individual business to cut through.

Facilities include state of the art broadband provision, individual WC and kitchen space and extra storage should it be needed. The 1220 sq ft Dutch Barn is large enough for 16 people to work in, while the three grain Silos have two floors, with space for three or four people to comfortably work in each. All of the buildings provide stunning elevated views over the surrounding countryside and the feature glazed wall of the Dutch Barn not only frames the stunning views it also enables the interior to be flooded with natural light.

    Flexible leases

Our flexibility is reflected in the leases we offer, which include one-off short term leases and rolling contracts which can change as your business does, and our full-service management keeps things simple and makes it possible for a business to start work at full speed on the day they move in.
