Creative office spaces often share similar characteristics, such as:

    • A flexible workspace, with the ability to move around desk layouts.
    • An open workspace with fewer closed off spaces and more collaborative spaces.

    • Natural lighting and indoor plants.
    • Expressive and exciting modern interior design.

Redesigning your office space or relocating to a more creative workspace can be expensive – although there are of course ways you can make your office more creative without having to invest lots of money. Creative company offices are beneficial to the output of employees and the impression you make on clients, meaning they can offer a good return on your investment, making them worthwhile investments.

    Flexibility

If you’re engaged in an enterprise that values creativity then Kinver Point offers the ideal choice of premises. The spaces themselves are located in four structures – a 1220 sq ft converted Dutch Barn and three 235 sq ft converted grain silos. The Dutch Barn offers an inspiring space large enough to have 16 people working in it, although it is also flexible enough to be divided into two 610 sq ft spaces which can accommodate eight people.

In both cases, the buildings have been converted in a manner that blends seamlessly with the natural environment, using materials like cedar cladding which create thermally efficient, eco-friendly buildings which make them great creative spaces. In addition to this, each building has heating and cooling systems that minimise the carbon footprint at the same time as cutting costs. In the grain silos, large windows offer stunning elevated views over the surrounding countryside, while the Dutch Barn has a feature glazed wall which not only captures the beauty of the surroundings but also allows the interior to be flooded with natural light.
